We will never share your details with anyone
We currently require booking at least 24 hours prior to allow us to look at your clips and prepare, but if you need a more urgent session, then please feel free to contact us with the chat or contact page.

Is it Tailored Advice?
Yes, all the coaching we give is based on what you are doing, we don’t just give you generic tips.
Can I book outside of selected times?
We may be able to do custom times not in the schedule, please get in touch if you need this.
Can I cancel/adjust time if I change my mind?
Yes you can cancel and edit sessions up to 24hrs before the session in your dashboard. Any sooner and you will need to contact us.
How do I upload clips to review?
Once you have booked, you will be redirected to a page that will explain how to upload your clips
How long is the session?
You can select 30 mins or 1hr sessions. This is face to face time and the coach will also be spending time before the session reviewing your submissions so that you can make the most of your time in call.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes, no problem just add their email and they will be sent all the details.
Can we have multiple sessions?
Yes, we can book as many sessions as you like, Some people like to book for each evening of their snowboard holiday to maximise their learning each day.
What is your response time for inquiries?
We are committed to prompt responses. You can expect to hear from us within 24-48 hours of submitting your inquiry. If your request is time-sensitive or urgent, please let us know, and we’ll prioritize it accordingly.
